Michelle Cio, who’d recently moved to Ossining from Tarrytown, had a blood-alcohol content of 0.32 percent which is well beyond the legal limit of .08, according tio state police, lohud, com reported

In order for a woman of Cio's size to reach that level of intoxication, she would have had to consume roughly eight alcoholic beverages within an hour, according to the University of Notre Dame.

Cio was driving a Honda Civic that collided with an Audi driven by 26-year-old Alicia Asadoorian of Yorktown. Asadoorian suffered leg injuries in the collision.
