The FHCL summer program is being done in collaboration with the Ossining school district. The program will run four weeks, from June 29 to July 23, Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

The FHCL summer enrichment program will provide a hands-on learning experience to introduce the teens to careers in the health care sector while developing their leadership skills. The students will meet health care professionals, learn how to take vital signs, be trained in decision-making and leadership skills as well as do a project on their family health history.

There will also be field trips with the Port Chester cohort of Future Health Care Leaders to several educational venues, including Greenwich Hospital in Connecticut and various science museums.
