Ossining Resident Charged In Assault On Girlfriend

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Police arrested Ossining resident Anthony L. Santos, 40, after he was accused of trying to push his girlfriend's head onto a stove, according to a Patch.com report.

She defended herself with a pot, and police found her uninjured when they responded to a 911 call. They also found marijuana in the apartment, the article said.

He has been charged with second-degree attempted assault, unlawful imprisonment and unlawful possession of marijuana, according to the story.
