Ossining Man Charged With DWI

OSSINING, N.Y. -- Ossining Police arrested a 34-year-old South Street resident and charged him with driving while intoxicated last month, according to Patch.com.

Police observed the suspect driving erratically on North Highland Avenue with his hazard lights on, Patch.com reported.

The suspect provided a breathalyzer test that showed his blood alcohol content to be .17 percent, nearly twice the legal limit, according to Patch.com
