NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- New Castle Police are advising motorists the electric malfunction of the traffic signal at the intersection of Millwood and Seven Bridges road is expected to last through mid-morning on Friday.
Motorists are advised to avoid the intersection.

NEW CASTLE, N.Y. -- The traffic signal at the intersection of Millwood Road and Seven Bridges Road in New Castle is out of service due to an electric malfunction Thursday afternoon.
The intersection is being controlled by four-way stop signs, New Castle Police said.
NYSDOT has responded to the malfunction, which was reported at 3:30 p.m., and expect to return the light to service by earlier evening, police said.
Police suggest motorists avoid using that intersection until further notice.
