OSSINING, N.Y. – There are several municipal meetings scheduled for this week. Here's a look at meetings this week in Ossining:

Tuesday

- 7:30 p.m., Village of Ossining Board of Trustees meeting, 88 Spring St.

Items to be discussed include a tentative 2012 budget, the participation of the Village of Ossining in the Energize Northern Westchester program and the scheduling of a public hearing on Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m. to talk about a local law that allows the village government to override tax levy limitations established by state law.

-7:30 p.m., Town of Ossining Board work session, Police Station, 507 North State Rd.

Items to be discussed include department budgets, an update on the Cedar Lane drainage study and an update on the restoration of the Shine House in Cedar Lane Park.

Thursday

- 7:15 p.m. to 8 p.m., Informal dialogue with Ossining Board of Education trustees, Ossining library café.
