Items to be discussed include the acceptance of an Ossining Communities That Care grant of $9,368 to benefit the police department's youth alcohol and drug prevention program, the acceptance of an Ossining Communities That Care grant of $1,112 to benefit the Recreation Department's youth activities, and the authorization of up to $300,000 in funds for the design and construction of modifications to the dam at Indian Brook Reservoir.

Items to be discussed include an intermunicipal agreement with the Village of Ossining for the processing of leaves, and the involvement of the Town of Ossining in the Northern Westchester Energy Action Consortium to build an effective residential energy efficiency program.
