“I am honored to have been appointed to a board that is doing such meaningful work in our region, including financing for a large project right here in Ossining,” said Levenberg. “In a time when resources are scarce and energy costs are volatile, our communities deserve progressive and proactive leadership to help us navigate our options for cleaner and greener solutions. That is exactly what we have with the EIC, and I am proud to represent Ossining in this important mission."

Levenberg and Lucas will serve three-year terms.

“I am excited about serving on the EIC board alongside an impressive group of municipal professionals who, like me, are dedicated to saving money and energy for our constituents," said Lucas.

Through its Energize NY and Solarize Westchester programs, EIC helps property owners across New York State reduce energy waste, save money and improve the quality of their buildings through clean energy projects involving energy efficiency and renewable energy.
