The findings came as a result of autopsies conducted by the Westchester Medical Examiner’s Office, Westchester County Police spokesman Kieran O'Leary.

The Medical Examiner’s final report and determinations in this incident will not be completed until the conclusion of the NTSB investigation, O'Leary said.

The crash occurred on Tuesday, Feb. 3 when a Metro-North train collided with an SUV on the tracks. Five men aboard the train -- four from Westchester (two from Bedford and two from New Castle) and one from Danbury, Conn., were killed -- as well as the Edgemont woman in the SUV.
