Ossining Woman Gave 5,000 Volunteers Hours In 2012

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. – White Plains Hospital honored the more than 500 people who volunteered 66,000 hours of service in 2012 at its annual volunteer luncheon.

Among the hundreds of volunteers, several received pins or plaques for their decades of service at the May luncheon, held at the Women's Club of White Plains. They include:

  • Barbara Ramsdell, of White Plains, 45 years of service pin
  • Kathryn Cantatore, of Scarsdale, and Anne Gottlieb, of White Plains, 35 years of service pin
  • Luiga D’Antona and Ida Gordon, both of White Plains, 20 years of service pin.
  • Judith Mohl, of Ossining, 5,000 hours of service plaque
