OSSINING, N.Y. - Ida S. DiBrino, a longtime resident of Ossining, died at her home on Dec. 20. She was 74.
Born in 1937 in Sassinoro, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Angelina Cusano. For most her life, DiBrino worked as a seamstress. She was a parishioner of St. Ann's Church.
DiBrino enjoyed gardening, cooking and old movies. She'd travel with her brothers and sisters and spend time with her cats Twinky and Princess.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Pasquale DiBrino, Sr., her daughter Louise (Bernardo) DiNunzio, her son Pasquale (Tracy) DiBrino, Jr., her sisters Crescenza Calandrella, Maria DeCecchis, Vittoria Manfredonia and Flora Caruso, her brothers Biagio, Giuseppe and Vincenzo Cusano and two grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m and 7 to 9 p.m. on Monday at Dorsey Funeral Home in Ossining. The funeral mass is at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at St. Ann's Church, followed by interment at St. Augustine Cemetery.
