OSSINING, N.Y. We've got a challenge for the sharp-eyed readers who think they know Ossining. Can you tell us where this photo was taken?
Each Saturday, we'll be posting a photo of an architectural feature or object found somewhere in Ossining. It's up to you to figure out the name of the building, street or landmark where we took the photo. Points will be awarded to the first person that correctly gives the photo's location. We'll be keeping a list of our attentive readers.
This week's clue: Maybe ask Anne Johann.
Tell us: Where is this object located? If you know, write it on The Daily Ossining Facebook page or write it in the comments section. The first person to guess correctly will be awarded five points with subsequent guessers receiving one point. Last weeks winner is Adelard, who was the first one to correctly guess that the photo was taken in Snowden Park .
Here are the rankings after one week:
1st: Adelard 5 points
Tied for 2nd: David Petluck 1 point, The Desiderio family 1 point.
Next week we'll post a new guess where photo and the answer to this week's photo with a bigger picture.
