Eight-Legged Wonders. 1 to 2 pm.  Did you ever wonder how a spider manages to coordinate all of its legs? Or how it spins a web? We’ll go outside and investigate spider haunts for webs, and their inhabitants.  Free for members; $5 for nonmembers.  Teatown Lake Reservation, 1600 Spring Valley Road, Ossining. 

Sunday, Aug. 4

Magical Stories.  10 to 11:00 a.m.  Storytelling can be a magical experience – add in a dose of Teatown and imagination takes flight! Join Mary Barrett as she spins some yarns about the animals that inhabit Teatown’s woods.  Free.  Teatown Lake Reservation, 1600 Spring Valley Road, Ossining.
