Town of Ossining Town Hall Meeting: 7:30 p.m. This is a regular Town Hall meeting with Town of Ossining Supervisor Sue Donnelly. County Executive Rob Astorino will also be in attendance to give a presentation. This meeting is open to the community. Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Ave.
Ossining Board of Education Special Meeting: 7:30 p.m. The board will conduct a special meeting to appoint Raymond Sanchez as the new superintendent of schools. Roosevelt School Cafeteria, 190 Croton Ave., Ossining.

Film At Ossining Library: 7 p.m. “EL Cantante” is the life story of Salsa legend Hector Lavoe who started the salsa movement in 1975 and bought it to the United States. It stars Marc Anthony and Jennifer López. Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Ave.

Ossining Building Permit Workshop: 7:30 p.m. The Village of Ossining’s Planning Department hosts a workshop to educate residents interested in obtaining a building permit. The workshop will detail the process and offer free help. Joseph G. Caputo Community Center, 95 Broadway, Ossining.
