The event will feature workshops on how to avoid common scams that target older adults and an examination of the best and most affordable housing options for people as they age.
The workshops will be held in the library’s Budarz Theater.
They will also be offered in Spanish in the second floor conference room.
A light breakfast served from 9 to 9:30 a.m. in the gallery on the library’s lower level will be included with the program.
The workshops will begin promptly after the breakfast.
Registration for the event is required.
The deadline to sign up is Friday, Sept. 2.
