WESTPORT, Conn. The residents of a home on Easton Road were not injured Sunday night after a tree crashed on top of their roof.
The roof was severely damaged when the tree fell around 6:18 p.m., Assistant Fire Chief John Plofkin, Jr. reported, but the rooms underneath appeared to intact. The homeowners' vehicles were also damaged during the fall.
