OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Ossining Public Library, 53 Croton Avenue, is hosting a “Gluten Workshop” on Saturday, Jan. 9, at 11:30 a.m. in the second floor conference room.

The informational event is part of the library’s Health & Wellness series. Susan Chasen from the Organic Teaching Kitchen in Croton-on-Hudson will lead the discussion.

In the event of inclement weather, the workshop would be moved to Saturday, Jan. 16.
