Naloxone, also known as Narcan, can be administered to an individual experiencing a heroin or opioid-induced overdose. The drug can temporarily reverse an overdose to allow for emergency service personnel to provide treatment when administered promptly.

Attendees will leave with their own kit with two doses of Naloxone.

To RSVP, contact State Senator David Carlucci's office at 914-941-2041.

Ossining Elks Lodge is located at 118 Croton Ave.

The event is presented by Senator Carlucci, in partnership with the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, the Ossining Elks and Communities that Care.

Carlucci represents the 38th district in the New York State Senate.
