Each scarecrow was crafted by an Ossining Girl Scout Troop to brighten up October and celebrate the season. There are more than 500 girls in the Ossining Girl Scout community — one of the largest Girl Scout communities in the seven-county Girl Scouts Heart of the Hudson Council.
