Ossining Dale Cemetery Offers Picnic, Classical Music

OSSINING, N.Y. — In keeping with a 19th century tradition, the Ossining Historic Cemeteries Conservancy will present the annual "Picnic and Music" event, Sunday, June 5 at Dale Cemetery, Ossining, N.Y.

Visitors may listen to classical violinist Rachel Alexander, take a self-guided tour of the cemetery, which is on the National Register of Historic Places, and bring blankets or chairs to have a picnic.

Picnic lunches will be available for purchase from Wobble Cafe.

The event admission is $10; $20/family.

The event is from 1 to 4 p.m. at the cemetery, 104 Havell St., Ossining.
