The Community Open Forum (Capital Project) has been rescheduled to Thursday, Dec. 4 at 7 p.m. int he JFK Auditorium. The building tour will be at 6:30 p.m.
A winter weather advisory is in effect in Putnam County from 1 p.m. Tuesday until 1 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The National Weather Service issued the advisory because now, sleet and freezing rain is in the forecast for Putnam. There could also be snow accumulations of up to 1 inch.
