The free bazaar will feature hand-made crafts from Maryknoll Sisters' mission sites across the globe, including Asia, Africa, Central and South America, as well as from the local sisters themselves.

The event serves as a fundraiser supporting the order and its humanitarian efforts around the world. It’s also an opportunity for local residents to get some of their Christmas shopping done early.

The bazaar also will feature reproductions of fine Christian art, created by Sister Marie Pierre Semler, as well as several raffles.

Founded in 1912, the Maryknoll Sisters is the first U.S.-based congregation of religious women dedicated to foreign mission. Working primarily among the poor and marginalized in 24 countries around the world, the order now numbers nearly 430 members in the United States and overseas.
