The real estate market in Fairfield County is showing signs of life, according to Bill Karchere of Keller Williams Realty.
Inventory of single-family homes in Norwalk has declined for the past seven months. Towns showing increases in median values for single family homes include Wilton (+10.3 percent), New Canaan (+17.3 percent) and Darien (+13.3 percent).
