Kindergarten registration will take place at the elementary schools. Parents and guardians must submit the completed registration materials to the elementary schools. The school's secretary will make a kindergarten screening appointment for each child.
The following is a list of items parents and guardians are asked to bring to register:
- Copy of the child's birth certificate
- Proof of residency (utility bill, mortgage statement, notarized landlord affidavit)
- The child's most recent immunization record, including the Tuberculosis Questionnaire (from the Registration Packet) which must be filled out by your child's health-care provider
- Photo identification of parent/guardian
