The power is out in most of South Norwalk. A customer service representative at the Second Taxing District said at 9:30 a.m. that the line department is working on the problem. She did not have an estimate for when the repair would be completed. The problem is not at a substation and employees are working to pinpoint the cause. She said that some businesses and residents on Water Street have power.
