Pets and their owners will come in costume and meet at the Elks Club, 118 Croton Ave. Every one will walk up the sidewalk on Croton Avenue; the street is not closed for this event.

The parade will end at Mike Risko Music, 144 Croton Ave., where there will be activities in the parking lot. Contests for best pet costumes include stuffed animal pets in costume.

All pets must be on a leash and well behaved to participate in the event.

Little Sweet's Pet Boutique of Pleasantville Road in Briarcliff will be at the end of the parade offering organic cupcakes made specifically for pets. The boutique will also be providing free nail trims for well-behaved pets. (Some restrictions may apply.)

The Greater Ossining Chamber of Commerce, along with Mike Risko Music, will provide Halloween treats for people and activities for kids. There will be contests and trophies given out by the Ossining Chamber for the pets with the best costume.

There will also be a story time for kids featuring some of the most beloved pet books ever like Clifford and Biscuit. Every pet in attendance will receive a certificate of recognition to take home.
