Olman Oviedo, 35, is wanted by the Nassau County Police Department and Nassau County Court after being arrested for alleged driving while intoxicated.
Oviedo was released following his processing and failed to appear for court proceedings, leading to a warrant for his arrest.
Investigators describe Oviedo as 5-foot-9 with black hair and brown eyes, weighing approximately 200 pounds. It was noted that anyone who comes into contact with Oviedo “should not attempt to apprehend or detain” him.
